#Business Information Profile
Head to Settings > Profile to fill in your company branding. This information appears automatically on all generated invoices, quotations, and official receipts.
- Company legal name and trading name
- Official business registration number (BR / PV)
- Contact email, phone number, and physical billing address
- Custom company logo upload for branded PDFs

#Default Financial Preferences
Configure your default invoice payment terms, tax rate (VAT / SSCL), and standard note templates.
- Default payment due period (e.g. 7 days, 14 days, 30 days)
- Default bank account pre-selected for incoming client transfers
